near the bluffs. Some, but not all the bluff areas are roped off.
- The neighborhood ponds are not property of Paul’s Point – no fishing, please.
- Ladybugs are a natural part of our region’s ecosystem and are especially common during
certain times of the year. We do use professional pest control services.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
